1. Product Introduction
The full name of PTC is Positive Temperature Coefficient. A PTC thermistor is a typical temperature-sensitive semiconductor resistor. When it exceeds a certain temperature (Curie temperature), its resistance value increases in a stepwise manner with the increase of temperature. PTC heating element is also called PTC heater, which is composed of PTC ceramic heating element and aluminum tube. This type of PTC heating element has the advantages of small thermal resistance and high heat exchange efficiency. It is an automatic constant temperature and power saving electric heater. The outstanding feature is the safety performance. Under any application conditions, there will be no "redness" phenomenon on the surface of electric heating tube heaters, which may cause scalding, fire and other safety hazards.

· Use a ceramic PTC thermistor with self-controlling temperature as the heating element;

· The heater adopts dry burning PTC heating element, and has built-in over-temperature protection and NTC temperature sensor;
· Can precisely control the temperature, and can effectively prevent dry burning or excessive temperature;
· Have an ultra-wide supply voltage range, and can withstand a short-term shock twice or more than the rated voltage;
· Can realize soft start through the control of the air conditioner controller to avoid the impact of PTC inrush current on the circuit and battery shock;
· Can use CAN, LIN, PWM and other control signals.
