Air springs are air bags.

The basic structure is to fill a retractable airtight container with compressed air, and use the nature of the air to return to its original state after being compressed to play the role of a spring. Air springs are also called airbag cylinders and airbag cylinders.

Rubber air springs are widely used in vibration isolation of industrial machinery, such as presses, air compressors, centrifuges, vibrating conveyors, control hammers, casting and textile machinery, optical and laser instruments and other precision mechanical equipment and precision testing equipment, integrated circuits , ultra-precision machine tools, etc.

With the development of society, people's requirements for life (including reducing the interference of vibration and noise) are getting higher and higher, so there will be more and more rubber air spring vibration isolation technologies, and its prospects are broad. In mechanical vibration isolation, rubber air springs generally use constrained membrane structures and free membrane structures. Rubber air springs can be used in a variety of mechanical devices to dampen and absorb vibration, control movement or pressurize.

In material conveying, the silo is driven by a vibrator to mix the material evenly, or make the material flow into the silo. Vibration can cause fatigue or even damage to the material box supports, and vibration isolation devices must be used. It provides more flexibility if a rubber air spring is used. Adjusting the inflation volume of the spring can meet different working load and height requirements without affecting the vibration isolation effect.
